Having been semi-retired for a while now, I have great pleasure in announcing I will be doing the weekly Horoscopes from now on. It seems that full retirement isn’t on the horizon for me at the present time and I am looking forward to seeing what the future holds for you all. I am also available to provide psychic telephone readings, please check with reception to see which times I am available.
Whilst compiling your horoscopes, I prefer to look at the positive things in life as well as the light-hearted; and also of course the biggest question of all – Romance.

April 20th – May 20th
Make time this week to reconnect with people that you’ve lost touch with. A quick message will be enough to start the ball rolling, no need to make extravagant plans. Just letting someone know that you are thinking about them is special in itself. There’s someone at work that is itching for you to notice them – maybe you have already but are playing hard to get? Don’t make it too difficult for them for fear of them thinking you’ve dismissed them entirely!
May 21st - June 20th
Makes plans in your free time to pursue many different activities with different sets of friends. Variety is the spice of life! Being open to trying new things will put you in a position where you meet people you wouldn’t usually come into contact with. So, if you’re looking for that special someone, this will prove invaluable in changing the pool of people you usually bump into.
June 21st – July 22nd
If you’ve been acting out of character recently then you should confide in someone close as to the reason why. Some people are worried about you but are afraid to approach you so let the rumour mill spread the word for you. A senior colleague is acting high and might but remember that respect is earned through actions and words, not through fear. They will get their marching order sooner than you think.
July 23rd – Aug 22nd
Life is there for living, so take your time and don’t rush through what you perceive to be the boring bits. There is so much pleasure to be had in the simple things in life so slow down and really take in your surroudings or occasion. It will make you realise that there’s joy to be had in ways you’ve never imagined before.
Aug 23rd – Sep 22nd
Keep working on the person that you’re trying to reach – not in location but in their heart. Your bloody mindedness and determination will forge a bond that you will share for many years to come. Towards the end of the week you may need to make a sacrifice for the greater good, and it will leave you feeling good about yourself. In fact, you will find yourself repeating this behaviour due to the intense pleasure it gives you.
Sep 23rd – Oct 22nd
It is totally normal and healthy to question your place in the world, in fact we should all do it more. You will begin to realise that there are a lot of people that aren’t as fortunate as you and will want to do something about it and you must. A helping hand, no matter how small is going to change someone’s life and it will be because of you and others like you.
Oct 23rd – Nov 21st
Are you a follower or leader in the workplace or haven’t you given it much thought? It may surprise you to learn that many follow your light and find you inspiring so it may be time to put your best foot forward and look into a more senior role. It will be welcomed by the rest of the team so don’t let doubts about that stop you. Be honest with your partner about your feelings on one particular subject before it gets out of hand.
Nov 22nd – Dec 21st
Take advantage of the quiet moments this week to think about your future and which direction you are going to take. Don’t just let things happen TO you, shape and mould your life into the vision of how you want it to be. A confusing scenario within your friendship circles will get even more complicated unless you all speak as a group, rather than individually. Get together and work it out as a team.
Dec 22nd – Jan 19th
You seem to be fascinated by shiny objects but all that glitters is not gold. Having the latest tech or handbag really does little to improve your life, just remember that. It certainly isn’t worth getting into debt for. If you are single, you will reconnect with an old acquaintance that didn’t really go anywhere the first time you met. This time it could turn into something special if you give them another chance.
Jan 20th – Feb 18th
Someone you know has made some impressive changes to their life and you are wondering if you can achieve the same. Well, yes you can but be prepared to put a lot of effort into it. Being half hearted won’t get the results you’re after. You can learn a lot from older generations so take some time to sit and talk to neighbours or family members. You will find yourself keen to spend more time with them after the initial get together.
Feb 19th – March 20th
If you’ve been thinking about your own quality of life, then all you need to do is look around you and realise so many aren’t as fortunate as you. Don’t put value on objects or things as in reality, they bring little to your life. Find joy in the simple actions of day-to-day life and you will feel the benefit almost immediately. Take a peek at your bank statements, they really aren’t as bad as you feared.

The Chinese Zodiac works on a 12 year cycle and each year is represented by a different animal. These signs are the Rat, Ox, Tiger, Rabbit, Dragon, Snake, Horse, Sheep, Monkey, Rooster, Dog and Pig. Each year the animal changes and works alongside the Chinese Lunar Calendar.
The Indian Zodiac has the exact same signs as the ones commonly used in the U.K, however, they have another, 5th element, which is sky. This 5th element is given the most importance. Indian astrology is able to pinpoint very small periods of time and because of this the horoscopes they are considered to be extremely accurate.
On the whole, published horoscopes give a ‘general’ overview for that particular Zodiac sign. However, there are certain publications that prepare more in depth horoscopes covering specific areas such a love, career and finances.
