In matters of the heart, you will receive some news about someone from your past, it’s best not to revisit ‘what if’s’ as they haven’t changed. Getting yourself out into nature would do you the world of good. If you are absolutely dead set on a bit of adventure then take yourself off on a mini adventure but do make sure you cut yourself off from work and people that take your time for granted.

Every day, ensure you make time to do something that you enjoy, just for yourself. Don’t let the fear of an uncertain future keep you in a relationship that has gone stale.
