Once you realise there is lots of interest, do your research and don’t be afraid to charge exactly what it is worth! A family member is needing help with day to day tasks but won’t admit it – it’s time to have a difficult conversation I’m afraid.

Find a private and calming space in your busy week to truly make sense of your thoughts and feelings towards a particular person. Do you feel that you make all of the effort? Are you the driving force all of the time? If so, it could be time to stand back and allow them to come to you. A sensible diet and lots of sleep will help clear your mind and your body of aches.

If your feelings are overwhelming then take some time out. It’s only right that you are allowed time and space to work things out before making a decision. Don’t allow someone to pressure you to respond before you are ready to. A friend is oversharing with anyone who will listen, gently pull them to one side and explain this may not be the right thing to do.
