Having been semi-retired for a while now, I have great pleasure in announcing I will be doing the weekly Horoscopes from now on. It seems that full retirement isn’t on the horizon for me at the present time and I am looking forward to seeing what the future holds for you all. Whilst compiling your horoscopes, I prefer to look at the positive things in life as well as the light-hearted; and also of course the biggest question of all – Romance.

April 20th – May 20th
If you are thinking about volunteering, then consider a local animal charity. You will come across as gregarious this week and catch the eye of someone special. Your positive outlook will draw them to you and it could be the start of something incredibly exciting. However, perspective and patience is still required despite realising very quickly that this is someone special.
May 21st - June 20th
In the workplace, you will have the opportunity to take a loss and turn it into a victory. This all depends on you and your willingness to shrug off the negative and power forward. There will be a shift of your romantic life as you consider someone that isn’t your usual type. Look into alternative therapies for a niggling health matter.
June 21st – July 22nd
Get ready to shine as this week is all about romance. You are about to find out about a secret admirer and it is someone you’ve know for some time. Once you get over the shock you will start to understand their past actions towards you. Due to the lift in confidence, you will attract another romantic interest and be spoiled for choice.
July 23rd – Aug 22nd
You are about to secure a victory and it is because of your hard work and diligence. You are relied upon in the workplace and it is your time to shine. You’ve a lot of energy and feel in a good place. This will reflect in how you appear to others and you will find yourself attracting people with a similar mindset.
Aug 23rd – Sep 22nd
You anticipate things going wrong even when things are running smoothly in your life. Enjoy the moment and don’t look for obstacles that may prevent you from living your best life. In matters of the heart, a beautiful time is unfolding and a secure attachment is developing, don’t try to rush it and live in the here and now.

Allow the situation to play out with as little input as you can get away with. There is a suggestion of a romantic relationship progressing to a much more serious one – be sure before you commit. When asked to make a decision, make it quickly and with confidence. There is too much at stake to take your time as the offer may be time sensitive. Personally, you grown in strength and it is time to slough off the old you in certain situations. Be bold, put your best foot forward and enjoy being in the limelight for once.

It’s fine to look back at old times but remember to learn from your mistakes. Use your memories to inspire you and create something new and unique. You will start to feel like the ‘old you’ again and it is the perfect time to arrange a night out to let your hair down. Single? The letter M is important in your future.

The Chinese Zodiac works on a 12 year cycle and each year is represented by a different animal. These signs are the Rat, Ox, Tiger, Rabbit, Dragon, Snake, Horse, Sheep, Monkey, Rooster, Dog and Pig. Each year the animal changes and works alongside the Chinese Lunar Calendar.
The Indian Zodiac has the exact same signs as the ones commonly used in the U.K, however, they have another, 5th element, which is sky. This 5th element is given the most importance. Indian astrology is able to pinpoint very small periods of time and because of this the horoscopes they are considered to be extremely accurate.
On the whole, published horoscopes give a ‘general’ overview for that particular Zodiac sign. However, there are certain publications that prepare more in depth horoscopes covering specific areas such a love, career and finances.
